2022 Health Center Patient Survey Dashboard

The 2022 Health Center Patient Survey (HCPS) Dashboard is an interactive tool that allows users to tailor and download results by select survey questions and populations for the 2022 and 2014 survey years. Data encompass patient sociodemographic characteristics, health conditions, and health behaviors as well as health care access, use, and satisfaction. Note: The 2014 and 2022 HCPS surveys used different questions, sample sizes, and were conducted under different circumstances; therefore, the results are not directly comparable.
