Hypertension Control
The Hypertension Control Dashboard provides a view of hypertension, or high blood pressure, control in HRSA-funded health centers. Users can view 5-year trends of Uniform Data System (UDS) data and how many health centers have achieved Million Hearts Hypertension Control Champion Challenge goals.
Use this dashboard to:
- View five-year trends in hypertension control rates at HRSA-funded health centers.
- View health centers that met or exceeded the Million Hearts Hypertension Control Champion Challenge goal of 80% control.
- View the numbers of patients who were diagnosed with hypertension and who had their hypertension controlled.
