The Hypertension Control Dashboard provides a multilevel view of hypertension, or high blood pressure, control in HRSA-funded health centers. Users can view 5-year trends of state-level Uniform Data System (UDS) hypertension control data and how many health centers have achieved Million Hearts Hypertension Control Champion Challenge goals.
