Data Explorer presents the most granular details whereas Data by Geography, Facts Sheets, and other tools and maps summarize the data. The funding totals will match across all tools. Individual awards and individual awardees could be associated with one or more programs; Data by Geography counts awards and awardees uniquely by summary level (geography and Program) so they do not necessarily total to the geographic total.

3 Number of Unique Awardees and Total Awards data is not available/calculated from FY 2013 - 2017 for Other Programs Awarded Grants. This data is available from FY 2018 to future years.
4 Health Center Service Delivery Site Grantee data as reported in the Uniform Data System calendar year 2018 reporting cycle. Data is reported at the health center organizational level and not the individual site level.
