Health Center Program Uniform Data System (UDS) Awardees and Look-Alikes
This dataset contains current and historical Uniform Data System (UDS) data for HRSA Health Center Program awardees and look-alikes ("health centers"). Health centers are required to report on a core set of measures each calendar year as defined in the UDS. HRSA uses UDS data to assess the impact and performance of the Health Center Program, and to promote data-driven quality improvement. HRSA's Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) makes UDS data available, for free, to the public in an electronic format. This action is being taken pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552(a)(2)(D)) (FOIA).Health Center Program Uniform Data System (UDS) Awardees and Look-Alikes
